It has been a flood of concert news in Missoula over the past couple of weeks: Fitz and the Tantrums, Death Cab For Cutie, Wilco and Sleater-Kinney... it's been pretty awesome. But it also means that some stuff may slip through the cracks every once in a while - and I think that's the case with this one, because I completely missed this news and it's definitely worth paying attention to.

This week, My Morning Jacket announced a 2021 tour that includes a stop at Riverfront Park in Spokane on Wednesday, September 29th. That's easily the closest they'll be to Missoula, and totally worth the road trip. Other bands at Riverfront Park this summer include a few who are also playing in Missoula, like Death Cab For Cutie, Primus, and Rebelution, so if you need an excuse to head out to the venue this year, this could be it.

If for some reason you can't make the Spokane show, they'll also be playing Seattle for two nights at the beginning of October, and they've got a show scheduled for Bend, Oregon, too - those are much bigger trips though, so the three-hour drive to Spokane is probably your best bet.

Tickets for the show are on sale right now and start at $45. Think you'll be making the trip out there to go and see them? Or will you be waiting a few weeks to check out Machine Gun Kelly?

Now that concerts are making a comeback, what's the show you're most excited to finally make it out to this summer?
