First Time at Northern Quest Casino, Seeing Willie Nelson!

The only thing that would have made the Willie Nelson and Kacey Musgraves show at the Northern Quest Casino better, is that it would have been on a weekend. Everything was amazing. Having never been to the Northern Quest Casino before I expected it to be nice, but it was nicer than I imagined. Very clean and bright coming very close to the feel of Las Vegas!

The concert venue was outdoors which was perfect because it was a warm evening, which created the perfect atmosphere for the concert. It was unfortunate that country legend Glen Campbell passed away earlier in the day but Kacey did sing 'Rhinestone Cowboy' in memory of him. Willie was tremendous as always and put on quite a long show! We left before the show ended because I was was getting tired, yes, the older Willie Nelson crowd stayed out longer than I could.

All in all it was a great time, the venue was awesome, I cannot wait to go back to the Northern Quest Casino to see another concert. Or maybe just to meet some friends for a night similar to Vegas but a whole lot closer.
