Where To See Irish Dancing In Missoula For St. Patrick’s Day
So as you might imagine, there will be less stuff happening this St. Patrick's Day than normal. On the plus side, there will be more stuff than there was last year, when COVID shut everything down right before all the big celebrations.
That means 2021 is definitely an improvement over 2020, and while we may have to wait until next year to get the holiday back completely, there are still a few things to do around town that will scratch your St. Patrick's Day itch. And I know for a lot of people, seeing Irish dancers perform is key to their St. Patrick's Day celebrations.
Normally, March is an intensely busy month for the Missoula Irish Dancers, and while they may not be in any parade this year and some of their normal events are cancelled, they are back to in-person performing, and you'll be able to see them today at Draught Works' Shenanigans on the outdoor patio right around 6 PM.
Draught Works' party is one of the few in-person events that's back to happening this year, and seating will be more limited than usual to keep things under a certain capacity. We've got more info about the event, which kicks off at noon, right here.
In the meantime, if you're going out and celebrating, make sure to be safe. Find a designated driver - remember that Missoula police will have more patrols out there than usual, looking for people driving under the influence.
How are you celebrating your St. Patrick's Day today?
