The weather is getting nice and it seems like we're starting to come out of our pandemic hibernation. That's a good combination for Missoula where there is usually so much to do. It's been pretty exciting the last couple of weeks as we've seen events start to get added to the calendar. If things keep on the pace they're on we should have plenty of activities to keep us entertained through the summer.

My mom and sister are visiting town at the end of May. We haven't put a whole lot of effort into making plans for their stay - but my mom was texting me today with the idea of staying at Wingate by Wyndham so the kids (and big kids) can have some fun with the water slides inside the hotel. The indoor slides aren't on this list I found today - but they could be. It's an article about the 17 Best Things To Do In Missoula.

Check out a few things that made Family Destinations Guide of places to go and activities to do for anybody spending some time in Missoula:

A Carousel For Missoula
(Always a popular choice for lists like these. It doesn't hurt that you're right next to Caras Park and within walking distance to so many other places downtown.)

Splash Montana
(Water slides, a lazy river, or just swimming in the pool. Tough to beat on a hot day.)

Missoula Farmers Market
(Fruits, vegetables, flowers, jams.....you're sure to leave with something you didn't know you needed.)

Fort Missoula Museum
(Spend time on the playgrounds and fields - and squeeze in a history lesson before you're done.)

Check out the complete list - along with highlights and things to do at each of the 17 locations here - HERE.
