Kettlehouse Brewing Teams Up With National Forest Foundation

Now this is some pretty cool news - if you head to either of the Kettlehouse Brewing taprooms from now on, you'll have the option to help out the environment while you drink. That's because Kettlehouse is teaming up with the National Forest Foundation to install a permanent tap handle in both locations.

Kettlehouse made the announcement on their Facebook page this week. Here's how it's going to work: a specially-made National Forest Foundation tap will be seen in both the Myrtle Street and Bonner Kettlehouse locations. These are now permanent fixtures of both spots that will have rotating beers from each one. Anytime you order a beer from that tap at either location, one dollar of your purchase goes towards the NFF's Montana Forest Fund, a program dedicated to creating lasting benefits to the land, water, and recreational resources of Montana's national forests.

Pretty cool, right? Right now, the Strawberry Milkshake IPA is the rotating NFF beer in Bonner; on Myrtle, it's the Montana Moment Pale Ale. Who knew just by drinking beer you could help out a good cause?
