See Real Reindeer Live In Missoula. This Is Not A Drill, Kids.

The holidays are a special time in Western Montana. Many businesses go all out to get in the spirit, but there is one store that is bringing in actual Reindeer!

As you get older, it's easy to forget about that special holiday feeling. Worrying about bills, shopping, traveling, requesting time off of work, cooking and other "adult" stuff takes the place of making snowmen and shoveling brownies and sugar cookies in your face for a whole month.

One Missoula store is bringing in something a little special for both adults and kids. Murdochs in Missoula will be hosting a very special Christmas event with the star of the show being actual Reindeer. Check out the event details.

While the Reindeer are of course the main attraction, they will have tons of other activities for the kids including, writing a letter to Santa, holiday activity sheets, photo opportunities, and even making Reindeer snacks.

After looking over the Murdochs event page, I wasn't able to see any cost or ticket purchase price, so I assume this is an all-ages/free event, but you might want to call ahead to be sure.

While you're there, you can get some of your shopping done. Murdoch is a bit of a hidden Missoula gem for great gifts for just about any Montananan or Montana pet in your life.
