It's National Pasta Day, and I'm in the mood for something delicious. And since I'm new to town, I once again humbly request that you guys do my thinking for me.

What's the best Italian restaurant in town? Where should I be heading for dinner tonight? What should I get once I get there? Spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parm, a big plate of lasagna?
