The community has discovered the grand event that is the Chocolate Tasting Party at the Victor Heritage Museum in Victor, Montana. On the first Monday in December every year, the small former train deport is filled with homemade chocolate and other types of dessert treats. This year the date is December 3 and the party runs from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Silent Auction winners will be announced at 7:30 p.m. A $5 admission allows you to go inside and buy some of the delectable delights and also bid on the many silent auction items, lined up along the walls. If the crowd inside is too much for you, you can take a ride around the town of Victor on the horse-drawn trolley, with the folks of Out West Wagons.

The chocolate tasting party, at the corner of Blake and Main in Victor, is a gathering place for the Victor and Corvallis area residents. The money keeps the place in good condition and helps the group get it ready for the summer schedule. You can also schedule private tours. If you need more information, call Suzanne at 363-3165.
