It's tough to start exercising again after the holidays. Weeks on end of food, alcohol, parties and general laziness takes its toll. Sometimes you need to get back to it right away, and here's a great opportunity to do it.

Starting in January, Run Wild Missoula will be hosting a 24-week program that serves as training for people planning to run the Missoula Marathon in 2019. The idea is to attract people who have always wanted to run a marathon, but never thought they could.

The program starts on January 13th and a half-marathon program begins on February 17th. That gives you plenty of time before the actual Missoula Marathon on June 30th, 2019.
