As we navigate through these upcoming summer months we're often trying to think of fun activities for kids to do, often times so they stay out of trouble. But for many people in Montana summertime can be tough because they don't have the resources to feed their children, that is where The Little Free Pantry in Lolo can be such a big help.

The Little Free Pantry in Lolo is exactly that, a smaller wooden pantry located just outside of Lolo Drug that is open to the community for anyone who needs assistance, no questions asked. I have been a huge fan of the pantry ever since I saw it for the first time. The pantry itself is a great idea but it's our amazing community that keeps it stocked. And sometimes you will find more than food, sometimes diapers or other necessities.

If you want to help support The Little Free Pantry, there is a pint night set up for this Wednesday, June 20th starting at 6pm at the Lolo Peak Brewing Company. A portion of all proceeds will be donated, plus you can buy raffle tickets to win gift baskets and art. The funds will be used to make a bigger and better pantry, or possibly set up a second location! Hope to see you Wednesday for The Little Free Pantry Pint Night.
