The Good Food Store announced today, 10/9, that their beverage bar is closed after two deli café employees tested positive for the virus. Naturally, the GFS is working with the City-County Health Department to have other employees who may have been in close contact, identified and tested. The beverage bar will also undergo deep cleaning and sanitizing procedures, and the GFS will let customers know through social media when it's reopened. They do ask that shoppers be mindful of sending just one household member to do the shopping, and try to be efficient by having a list prepared and trying to limit shopping trips to once per week.

Clyde Coffee on the Hip Strip has announced they are closing temporarily. Management says they don't have any employees with COVID-19, and they certainly don't want any, so they are closing up shop for a "week or two." Clyde pointed out that the spike in numbers is in their customer demographic and they feel a responsibility to keep the community safe by taking pro-active measures to stop the spread of the virus.
