Logjam Announces Grand Opening For New Venue In Bozeman
Logjam Presents has been flying fast and furious with concert announcements for the Kettlehouse Amphitheater and The Wilma over the last couple of months, which has been incredibly exciting for Missoulians who been starved of that live music experience, which they haven't been able to get in over a year.
And with everything that's been happening over the past year, a lot of people probably forgot that Logjam was actually in the process of constructing a whole new concert venue in Bozeman - a modern, sleek-looking building for indoor concerts with a capacity of 1100 people. It's called The ELM, and Logjam has officially announced that it's finally going to be ready to feature shows starting in September.
The ELM's grand opening will take place on Friday, September 3rd with Death Cab For Cutie being the first band to play the venue (and a day later, they'll be playing a little closer to Missoula at the Kettlehouse Amphitheater).
Logjam has also announced a ton of other artists that will be performing at the new venue over the next few months, including Louis The Child, Perfume Genius, Future Islands, Lake Street Dive, Pinky and the Floyd, Tennis, Todd Snider, Lucy Dacus, Tech N9ne, JJ Grey & Mofro, Brother Ali, and Portland Cello Project. And of course, more shows will be announced in the near future.
It's always awesome to have another option when it comes to live music in Montana, and I'm betting a few Missoulians will be willing to road trip to Bozeman when the right show comes along. Are you excited to check out any of the artists they've lined up so far?
