One of our faithful Zoo fans emailed me today for some relationship advise. Read the email from Danielle and let us know what you think.

So, I have this problem. My best friend is single, and I am not. Not a big deal, right? Wrong. My boyfriend is starting to get really annoyed because every time we go out my friend always comes with us. She isn't inviting herself or being clingy or anything, I just always feel bad when she asks me what my weekend plans are and she isn't doing anything -- so I always invite her to tag along.

My boyfriend likes her, but he really feels like he never gets to go out just the two of us. I understand what he's saying, but I feel like if we are just going to the Iron Horse or Old Post to have beers and burgers it isn't that big a deal if she comes along. I feel like I am caught in the middle of my boyfriend and my best friend! What do I do?

It's always hard to make that transition from being single and hanging out with your friends all the time to being in a relationship and doing the couples thing. I think you should just be honest with your friend and tell her you want some 'alone' time with your guy. She'll totally understand and I'm sure you're not her ONLY friend. Maybe she feels like YOU want her there.
