Fantasy Football playoffs are rapidly approaching and I have the answers to help you get there and succeed once you do. I am in a standard scoring Yahoo Fantasy league where I have won three out of the past four years and am the current defending champ. This is a super competitive 12 man league and this year I am on the outside looking in. Only six teams make the playoffs and I am currently sitting at 8th in the standings. There are only four weeks left before the playoffs begin and I need to crack the top six. I decided to do some extensive research of every position and came up with a list of players to help me and you get to where we need to be come December.

Waiver Wire Targets: Here is a list of guys that may or may not be available in your league. If they are there, you should snag them ASAP.

Doug Martin RB Tampa Bay: If someone in your league was too impatient to stash a hurt Martin all year, now is the time to grab him for yourself. He is not suppose to play week 10, but he should be back for week 11. Doug has been a top fantasy RB the past two years and he might be exactly what you need for a last ditch effort.

Paul Perkins RB New York Giants: Perkins might just be on his way to taking over the Giants backfield. Coach Ben McAdoo has said that the Giants will stick with a committee approach, but he has been know to ride the hot hand. Perkins will have another chance on Sunday to prove he deserves more carries.

Dion Lewis RB New England: Lewis hasn't played a game all season, but the Patriots finally activated him this week. Last year Lewis had 49 carries for 234 yards, 36 catches for 388 and a total of 4 touchdowns in just 7 games. I am not saying he will produce those type of numbers now that he is back, but he is worth picking up and stashing if you can.

Thomas Rawls RB Seattle: The Seattle run game has be atrocious lately. Rawls was suppose to be the every down back before he got hurt. Coach Carroll said Rawls has a good chance of returning week 11. I could easily see Rawls coming back and taking over like he was suppose to.

Chris Ivory RB Jacksonville: Ivory has been a big disappoint so far this year for the Jags, but that might change very soon. Ivory was the team leader in carries last week during the Jags first game under new offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett, and he figures to be the top back moving forward. He had his best game of the year with 18 carries for 107 yards last week.

Rob Kelley RB Washington: Coach Jay Gruden called Rob Kelley the Redskins' "first-string" running back. Gruden also said Kelley will handle the "bulk" of the carries, and that Matt Jones (former starting back) will "have to earn his way back." Anytime you can get a starting fantasy running back this late in the game you have to jump on it.

Sammie Coates or Eli Rogers WR's Pittsburgh: One of these two has to take over as the clear number two behind top WR Antonio Brown. Coates has finally recovered from the finger injury he suffered in week 6. He looked like one of Big Ben's favorite targets before missing time. Rogers has been dealing with injury problems himself, but he had 10 targets, 6 catches and 103 yards in his first game back. You will have to monitor this situation, but one of these guys could end up being a stud moving forward.

J.J. Nelson WR Arizona: Nelson has had 19 targets, 11 catches, 163 yards and 2 TD's in his past two games. He is looking like one of Palmer's favorite targets.

Robert Woods WR Buffalo: The Bills brought Percy Harvin out of retirement recently, but Woods was the man that stepped up last week. He had 10 catches for 162 yards and continues to build chemistry with QB Tyrod Taylor.

Eric Ebron TE Detroit: I doubt he is still available, but if so you should pick him up immediately. Solid tight ends are hard to come by. Ebron is finally healthy and Stafford loves throwing to him. He has caught 14 of his 18 targets for 171 yards his past two games. He only has one TD on the year, but if he starts to find the end zone he will become a top TE right away.

Blair Walsh K Minnesota: I know what you are thinking. A kicker? The only reason he is on this list is because of the match ups he has come playoff time. He plays the Jags (1st), Colts (3rd), and Packers (6th) who are all giving up a boat load of points to kickers this year. I know Walsh is the last guy you should trust to hit big kicks come playoff time, but he might be a better option that what you have now.

Atlanta Falcons Defense: Again, the only reason I am even mentioning a defense as a waiver wire target is because of their juicy match ups come playoff time. The Falcons go up against the Rams (2nd), 49ers (7th), and Panthers (4th) who are ranked high when it comes to fantasy points given up to Team Defenses this season.

Who To Trade For: These are some guys who you need RIGHT NOW to make a playoff push. They may also be guys to trade for and stash for the playoffs if you can because of their favorable schedule.

Darren Sproles RB Philadelphia: Eagles coach Doug Pederson admitted Sproles is the lead back. Pederson said Ryan Mathews was still the "lead guy" last week, but the last two games have proven Sproles is the clear cut number one. Sproles has 36 touches to just 11 for Mathews the last two games.

Jordan Reed TE Washington: Reed looked like his old self before Washington's week 9 bye. It was his first game back from injury and he had 9 catches for 99 yard and a TD. If someone is willing to sell Reed for the right price you should take advantage in a hurry. He should be a top 3 TE moving forward.

Antonio Gates TE San Diego: Chargers QB Philip Rivers has his favorite target back and healthy. Gates has seen over 9 targets in each of his past nine games and that should continue moving forward. He has become a touchdown dependent guy, but that is where Rivers like to throw to him the most.

Zack Miller TE or Alshon Jeffery WR Chicago: Having Cutler back is huge for both of these guys. They seem to be the only two guys Cutler trusts to throw the ball to. If you are in need of a TE or WR, both of these guys would be worth trading for.

Dak Prescott Dallas or Philip Rivers San Deigo QB's: It is typically difficult to trade for a QB in any fantasy league. If you are trying to find a QB with tasty match ups during the playoffs these are your guys. Assuming Dak Attack doesn't lose his job to Romo, he will play the Bucs (5th) and Lions (2nd) in weeks 15 an 16. Rivers has four solid match ups to finish the fantasy season. He plays the Bucs (5th), Panthers (6th), Raiders (8th), and Browns (3rd) in weeks 13-16.

Who To Trade Away: These are guys that are on the decline but have had a decent year to date. Trade them while you can before it is too late because they will be risky starts come playoff time.

Christine Michael RB Seattle: As I mentioned earlier, the Seattle back field has been for lack of a better term, awful. Rawls is coming back soon and that could mean Michael is heading to the bench. It will be hard to sell Michael to someone, but I would try to get something for him before having to drop him for nothing.

Terrelle Pryor Sr. WR Cleveland: Pryor has been the clear cut number one for the Browns, but that could change with Corey Coleman back from injury. More importantly, we are still talking about the Browns. The fact that any Browns player has value is shocking. I would sell Pryor for someone who doesn't have a QB committee like Cleveland.

Mike Wallace WR Baltimore: Wallace is currently ranked 10th in point among all WR's in fantasy, but I still don't trust him. He is heavily dependent on the big play and faces some tough defenses down the stretch. If possible, I would trade his high point total for a big name guy with less points.

Marvin Jones Jr. WR Detroit: Jones has fallen back to earth after his hot start. Ebron and Tate are taking more and more of his targets each week. He has a combined 3.8 points in his past two games. If you can find someone who wants him for the right price I would jump on it.

Allen Robinson WR Jacksonville: Robinson might be the biggest bust this year in fantasy. He has an inexcusable 68.7 points to date. He had 1400 yards and 14 TD's last season and looks to finish well below that this year with only 442 yards and 4 TD's so far. I would sell him and his big name as soon as possible before it is too late.
