Zootown Church Becomes “BOOtown Church” for Halloween
Everything's a little bit up in the air for Halloween this year - with COVID cases rising in Montana, it's unclear what exactly the normal trick-or-treat situation is going to be. So, if you've got kids and feel a little unsure about taking them house to house, maybe you should consider this as an alternative.
Zootown Church over on Brooks Street is becoming BOOtown Church this year, and they're offering a drive-thru Trunk-Or-Treat for kids to collect their candy in a socially-distanced way. Here's how it's gonna work, with info taken from their Facebook event page:
Candy will be distributed by masked and gloved volunteers who have come together with one purpose, to make your evening with your family extra special, and a little bit easier.
Pretty cool, right? I know truck-or-treat has become increasingly popular over the years, but I'm guessing the idea is gonna be everywhere in 2020. With traditional trick-or-treating not an option for some parts of the country, this seems like a great alternative.
Will you be bringing the kids to BOOtown Church for some trunk or treating this year? It's all happening on Saturday, October 31st starting at 6 PM.
