It's the dream! You have kids and they change your life. You'll never love like you do when you hold your child for the first time. There's suddenly another human being that you'll love unconditionally for the rest of your days. Then we fast forward a bit in the story and your kids hit a certain age where you can't wait to get them out of the house so you can have a little alone time. I hope the person that invented summer camps for kids was recognized with a lifetime achievement award.......or some other form of recognition that let them know just how much their idea was appreciated. Of course I'm just joking.....for the most part. ;-)

Regardless of the reason - kids driving you bonkers, they need some social interaction, it's your way to trick them into getting some exercise - it's almost time for Missoula Family YMCA Summer Camp registration.

"It's a summer of adventure with our Y Summer Camps! Every summer, we offer a variety of camps including sports, adventure, art, and more for campers of all ages. Campers enjoy field trips to local parks, lake days, and activities that highlight each week's camp theme. Take a peek at our 2020 Camp Guide for a list of last year's camps."

Your kids can take part in a variety of activities over the summer including basketball, soccer, theater, bug camp, art, cheer, crafts, and much more.

Registration for 2021 YMCA Summer Camp opens March 1. Discounted rates are available for those with Y memberships. Breakfast, lunch, and snack are provided daily. Camps run M-F from 9 AM - 4:30 PM and care is offered 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

See a complete list of activities that are being offered with the different camps this summer - and register for an upcoming camp beginning March 1 - HERE.
