Last week, gyms in Montana were given the OK to open their doors as part of the next phase of the state's gradual reopening plan, and plenty of gyms in Missoula did just that.

Unfortunately, at least one gym in town took a little too big of a hit from the forced closure, and now they've announced that their doors will be shut permanently - Unparalleled Movement, a local gym specializing in parkour, made the announcement last week on their Facebook page.

While they don't have plans to open a new physical location, they do plan to continue with online classes and media creation through sites like Youtube, and they're looking for other ways to innovate as well. There's a lot of love for the gym in the comments section of their post, and it's clear that this loss is a big one for its members.

We knew the closures would have an impact on plenty of places around town, and hopefully no other businesses have to shut their doors permanently - we've already heard the news that Kettlehouse Brewing had to close their northside taproom for good.

Did you ever go to Unparalleled Movement? Are you sad to see it leave?
