The Peeps Forecast for Easter Sunday

There are certain confections that consumers have real love/hate relationships with. I think these little dudes fall into that category.

With Easter Sunday approaching (April 12), AP tells us that production of Peeps at Just Born Confection Company in Pennsylvania has been suspended for at least a couple of weeks. Another victim of the coronavirus. BUT it should not have any affect on Easter baskets. Yes, you can still expect Peeps-a-plenty.

The company says it has already produced and shipped its Easter supplies to outlets. Did you know there is a Peeps and Company retail store in Center Valley PA?  It bills itself as the "Peeps Experience," with light displays, historical videos and merchandise. But to the dismay of Peeps peeps, the store is also closed for now.
