The Montana Highway Patrol saw a spike in roadway fatalities over the weekend with at least six deaths since Friday, most of those occurred in Western Montana.
Traffic was backed up past Lolo, with some claiming to have been waiting for 30 minutes near 8:00 a.m. as first responders dealt with a jack-knifed trailer.
