Amber Alert

The two children who were the focus of a statewide Amber Alert on Monday were found safe in Great Falls, and their birth parents are in custody.

On Monday, October 26, the Montana Department of Justice triggered a statewide amber alert that sent a text message to cell phones. For many, this was the first time they had ever seen the system in action.

UPDATE 8:00 a.m.: The Amber Alert has been canceled after Abbigail and Gabriella were found safe in Great Falls.
