As you may already know from some of my previous posts, I love pizza recipes. It doesn’t matter how it is put together, pizza is delicious and a hit in my house. The easier and quicker it is to make, the better. This recipe is a super simple way to make pizza without having to spend a bunch of time making the dough and waiting for it to rise. All you have to do is mix the first few ingredients together, pour them into a pan, and then bake. There is no half hour to hour wait waiting for the dough to rise, and then rolling it out. Less time spent cooking is more time I have to spend with my kids. It’s a win-win for me.

Super Simple No Dough Pizza

8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature

2 eggs

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup grated parmesan

1/2 jar pizza sauce

1 1/2 cup shredded mozarella cheese

Your favorite toppings

Toss the cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until combined. Pour the mix into a greased 9x13-inch pan and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned. Let the crust cool for about 10 minutes.Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, and then top it with all your favorite toppings and the mozzarella cheese. Bake the pizza for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly brown. Pull out of the oven and then enjoy.
