Sunburns Happen – Here’s What to do Next [Video]

Tough guy Chadwick (that's me) was so tough he didn't wear sunscreen when outside yesterday. I wasn't just outside, I was standing in direct sunlight for over 3 hours. Why would I put sunscreen on? I mean really? It's for sissies right? Well, when I found myself crying in the shower this morning, unable to move my appendages, I decided. I'm a sissy.

So to the Aloe I went and wow did that help. But there has to be more ways to fix me?! Yes, as it turns out, there are. Lots in fact. As with anything though, the easiest way to deal with a sunburn...is to not get one in the first place. Jeez Louis. Lesson learned...again. Here is a video explaining some ways to fix your mistake.
