Something Odd Happened in Montana Back in 1972
The crisp cool air surrounds most of Montana state this Tuesday morning. However, if we were to hop into a time machine and set a course for 1972, you'd notice that Mother Nature was undergoing quite the mood swing...
According to Wikipedia, the biggest temperature change over a 24-hour period in history happened on January 15th, 1972 in Loma, Montana. The temperature jumped from negative 54 degrees all the way up to 49 degrees. That is a 103-degree swing!
Like most locals say, if you don't like the weather wait 15 minutes!
