Public transportation is a necessity for so many people, but with the Coronavirus, being out in an enclosed vehicle with a group of people is a lot more dangerous than it used to be. The idea here is to reduce the amount of time that bus operators are in a public space while still providing a needed service for the community.

The buses now begin at 6:45 AM and go until 7:15 PM, and their route will take them through their stops once every 60 minutes. Paratransit services, for dialysis patients, will remain unchanged.

Mountain Line is working with Missoula county health officials to provide a safe, isolated service, but they encourage anyone with even the slightest amount of symptoms to stay home.
