As of Wednesday morning, Montana has confirmed 525 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana's COVID-19 case tracking map shows two new confirmed cases. There are currently 44 active cases in the state.

Montana has reported 46 new COVID-19 cases in the past eight days.

The county with the highest number of COVID-19 cases continues to be Gallatin with 155 cases. Missoula County has had a total of 40 confirmed cases and just two cases in the past 44 days.

According to state statistics, 464 Montana residents have recovered from COVID-19 and there is currently one person hospitalized.

The DPHHS public health lab in Helena has completed 43,448 tests for COVID-19.

There have been 17 COVID-19 related deaths to date in the state.
