Montana Ranks As One Of The “Happiest States”

Don't let the mid-winter gloom get you down. Before your seasonal depression kicks in, know that studies have showed that Montana is one of the happiest states in the U.S.

In a recent poll, North Dakota has knocked Hawaii out of the number one spot for being the happiest state in the U.S.

According to Healthways

More than 178,000 interviews nationwide fueled the 2013 analysis, which examined Americans’ perceptions on topics such as physical and emotional health, healthy behaviors, work environment, social and community factors, financial security, and access to necessities such as food, shelter and healthcare to create a composite well-being rank for each state.
