Montana Man Licks Officer’s Eye While Resisting Arrest

A Montana man near Butte is behind bars this week with a $45,000 bond after reports of licking the eyeball of a policeman attempting to arrest him. The incident occurred took place outside of a bar named Pisser's Place Tavern. Sounds like a classy place, with even classier clientele!

Butte cops came across the man when a 911 call was placed concerning a theft. Apparently the man had a warrant which resulted in the officers attempting an arrest, which soon transpired into an all-out ocular lick fest. The man reportedly refused to cooperate with being handcuffed and began tonguing the cops eyeball in the process.

The jail records indicate that the man is being held for a felony assault on an officer with a bodily fluid, which apparently IS a misdemeanor.
