Montana Spends the Least Amount of Time on the Couch [REPORT]
A recent report researched every state in the United States with one question in mind: How many people are actually willing to get off the couch and do something productive? The results are far from surprising.
The State of Tennessee finished at the very bottom of the list. Just 51% of adults in that state do a variety of slightly intense activity for a minimum of two hours a week. They just beat out, Mississippi, Kentucky, Alabama, and Louisiana.
On the opposite side of the report, Vermont has the most upwardly mobile residents . . . 73% of its residents there exercise for at least a few hours a week. They just beat out Montana.
And 25% of the rest of Americans do absolutely zero physical activity every week.
