Miley Cyrus ‘We Can’t Stop’ Without Music – Somehow Even Weirder [Video]

Ole Miley has been getting a bunch of heat for the utter bizarreness of her video for "We Can't Stop".  My guess is that was the point...to be so weird that people talk about it.  I didn't think it could get any more strange, but then College Humor took away the music, added some sound effects and BAM! It's weirder.
