19 year-old Justin Wieder appeared for the second time in Missoula Justice Court before Judge Karen Townsend and pleaded guilty to having sexual relationships with underage girls.

Deputy Missoula County Attorney Jennifer Clark detailed the charges against Wieder.

"Mr. Wieder appeared on two of his charges and entered guilty pleas to sexual intercourse without consent and sexual abuse of children," Clark said. "After he entered his guilty pleas, his attorney made a motion for his release, and the judge granted it. He was released to his father with a GPS monitoring unit and to pretrial supervision."

Clark said she objected to Wieder being released due to his previous behavior.

"The state opposed his release based on his numerous prior violations," she said. "The dad came forward as an officer of the court and said he would inform the court of any violations of the conditions of his release. He also stated that he would prohibit having any electronics or contact with any of the victims.  His dad also said he was an over-the-road truck driver and that he would have Mr. Wieder with him on all of his trips, and would supervise him 24 hours a day."

Wieder pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual intercourse without consent, and one count of sexual abuse of children. If convicted on all counts, he could have received a sentence of up to life in prison. His sentencing is set for October 10th. We entered into a plea agreement that called for 20 years in the Montana State Prison with 15 years suspended."

It was the second time that Judge Townsend released Wieder into the custody of his father..
