That's right: For the first time ever in the magazine's history, one artist (that would be Perry) will grace the cover of the June issue of Cosmo mag all across the globe -- everywhere from the United States to Australia and back again. Katy Perry dazzles like a mermaid on the American cover of Cosmo, shimmering in a sequined rainbow dress, which she compliments with her "slime green" hair.
