Griz season, literary season, and it's almost fall. Here's a look at what's coming up in Missoula this month.

Throughout the Month of September

Some of Missoula's favorite weekly events of the summer won't carry into September but the Missoula Farmers Market and Clark Fork River Market will.

The Missoula Public Library will also be hosting the National Endowment for the Arts Big Read program during the month of September. You can see Big Read events here.

There's also a great event that starts on September 1 and runs through mid-October: The Great Bear Apple Drive. Collect apples in exchange for a $5 cider voucher. This helps prevent bears from scavenging in the fall. Find out more here.
