Remember the movie "Idiocracy?" You have heard many people say that that movie predicted fairly accurately the decline of our civilization. People just seem to get dumber every day. Making decisions that leave you completely flabbergasted. The only thing we can do is just sit back and laugh at how many people continue to make stupid choices.

The amount of "tourons" visiting Yellowstone National Park is a gold mine for comedic material.

A comedian and YouTuber named Joey B has created a ton of great videos online where he roasts people for doing dumb things. Some of his content focuses on current events and viral trends. Some of his most popular videos feature a compilation of video clips where he comments on people behaving badly.

We recently stumbled on a great video on the JoeyBToonz channel. This video focuses on how Yellowstone National Park tourists just cannot seem to wrap their minds around how dangerous a nearly 2,000 bison can be. "Tourons" seem to believe that YNP is just one giant petting zoo/drive-thru safari park.

The National Park Service website has some other great facts about Bison. For example:

1. Bison are the largest mammal in North America. Male bison (called bulls) weigh up to 2,000 pounds and stand 6 feet tall, while females (called cows) weigh up to 1,000 pounds and reach a height of 4-5 feet.

2. Since the late 19th century, [the Department of the] Interior has been the primary national conservation steward of the bison.

3. Yellowstone National Park is the only place in the U.S. where bison have continuously lived since prehistoric times.

A lot of people ask if we call them bison or buffalo. The proper name is bison. The word buffalo is actually derived from the French word "boeuf," which means beef.
