Helpful Tips for the Missoula Elton John Show, Win Tickets
It's almost "Elton John Day" here in Missoula, and with more than 6,000 fans attending the concert, we thought we'd share some helpful tips for travel, parking and more on show day. Here are some things to keep in mind this Wednesday, March 8th.
Madison Street Bridge is down to 2 lanes due to construction. It's kind of a mess over there even on non concert days, so you might seek alternate routes to the Adams Center using Higgins or Orange streets. To further help with traffic, campus PD will be directing traffic at intersections.
You can walk to, or park at Dornblaser field and catch buses that will be running until the end of the show. Parking lots P, Z and M at the Adams Center will be pay-to-park starting at 5 p.m. for $5 per car.
Doors will open at 6:30, along with the beer garden and concessions. The show begins at 8 p.m.
If you have tickets at Will Call, do yourself a favor and pick them up prior to show day. The Will Call line is typically quite long right before the show. And, to further reduce concert day stress, ARRIVE EARLY and CARPOOL.
Good luck and have fun!
