Hamilton High School Basketball Underway for 2020

In the first basketball game of the new year January 2nd, the Florence Falcons came to Hamilton and went away with a 38 to 24 victory over the Hamilton Lady Broncs. Hamilton was leading 13 - 12 at the end of the first period, but Florence started hitting the basket and led 21 to 16 at the half and the final score was Florence 38, Hamilton 24.

That game was broadcast live on KLYQ Radio Thursday evening. Our next broadcast game will be a Hamilton Bronc contest as the boys host Butte Central Saturday, January 4, at the HHS gym. Freshmen will play at 1 p.m., JV at 2:30 and the Varsity game at 4 p.m. Our play-by-play will start after the Junior Varsity game finishes. At the same time, the Lady Broncs will be in Butte for games against the Lady Maroons. KLYQ carries selected basketball games of the Broncs and Lady Broncs throughout the season. We have a double-header - both Bronc and Lady Bronc games Thursday, January 9th, starting at 6 p.m. as they host Frenchtown.
