A beautiful smile can make a big difference in a person's life. You can surprise someone you care about this holiday season by nominating them for a free orthodontic treatment with Dennehy Orthodontics. Simply send them a letter with the name of the person you are nominating, a little about yourself and the nominee, a contact phone number for yourself, and what this gift would mean to the nominee. Please also include a photo of your nominee.

Once all the letters are received, the staff at Dennehy Orthodontics will select a winner. If your nominee is selected, you will be contacted by phone on December 19, 2014. You can then pick up a gift box at the office to place under your tree and surprise your nominee on Christmas day.
