Dr. Dre Sells Hollywood Hills Mansion for $32.5 Million

The dollars just keep rolling in for Dr. Dre. After making a killing by selling his Beats by Drre headphones to Apple, the veteran West Coast producer just sold his Hollywood Hills home for $32.5 million, according to TMZ. Now hip-hop's go-to guy is adding even more dollars to the billion-plus that he has in the bank already.

Just last spring, the good doctor plunked down a whopping $40 million to purchase the former home of NFL quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife, Gisele Bundchen.

Zillow.com lists Dre's old crib as having six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a media room, a wine cellar, a guest house, a library, a pool and a breathtaking view. It's also located miles above the Sunset Strip.

Dre's original asking price for the home was $35 million, so he almost received the full amount. However, it's not like the former N.W.A. member is hurting for cash, so he probably wasn't too upset about the $2.5 million loss.

Congrats on making even more millions, Dr. Dre.
