It's been a few weeks of uncertainty when it comes to what presence the farmer's market would have this season. Concerns over COVID-19 have wiped out or postponed most events for the spring and summer. We've been hearing a few rumors circulating when it comes to what may or may not happen with the season. There have been rumors of a shortened market, no market, a market with an alternate location and more.

You have to love the market - especially on a sunny Saturday. Although, I have to limit my time spent browsing and buying. I set out for one item and the next thing you know I have my hands full with homemade jam, fruits, veggies, flowers, locally made pepperoni sticks, a cup of ice cream and whatever else looks like a must-have at the moment.

But, if you've been waiting for good news for the market, that news is here. The Clark Fork River Market (east of Caras Park in the Riverside Parking Lot) started their season with online ordering today. Even bigger news is that the Market will be allowed to open to the public on May 23rd.

Here's the details on  the market being able to reopen later this month. You can find the latest on the Clark Fork River Market's website HERE. And, find them on Facebook HERE.
