Authentic Seafood Boil for Fat Tuesday in Missoula

Some revelers may settle for masks and colorful feathers & beads to celebrate Mardi Gras. And that's certainly fun, but the real heart of Fat Tuesday is Cajun food and New Orleans jazz!

Celebrate proper at Bayern Brewing this Tuesday, March 5th. Take part in their first ever seafood boil with a medley of shrimp & crawfish, plus Bavarian meats, chicken, Andouille sausage, corn, red potatoes, slices of Le Petit Outre's Parisienne baguette and plenty of butter.

Shake your booty to the Zoo City Brass Band, dressing up is highly encouraged! And it wouldn't be Fat Tuesday without King's Cake - New Orleans style King's Cake topped with a cream cheese filling and sweet glaze, YUM. Find the lion and your beers are on Bayern!

As for drinks? Specials will include the Hurricane Biermosa.
