The Montana Department of Health and Human Services has announced that two more Montanans have tested positive for the coronavirus, one is from Missoula County and another from Gallatin County.

The press release states that the Missoula resident is a man in his 50’s, while the Gallatin County resident is a man in his 60’s.

This positive test brings the number in Missoula County to four.

The tests were confirmed on Wednesday evening by the DPHHS Health Laboratory in Helena.

The two newest cases have brought the Montana total to 12. It was announced that a case involving a man in his 20’s from Gallatin County is now being classified as a case from New Hampshire, after it was found that he lives in that state.

The DPHHS is now investigating details about the two patients’ exposure risks, their travel history and who may have come into close contact with them.
