We've been telling you about all of the exciting changes at the Western Montana Fair, including major updates to walkways, buildings, and dining areas, but there are also some changes to the concessions. There are two in particular that I keep hearing about in conversations around me, and from friends I've been running into.

Brace yourself, Sweet Adelines is not serving their famous nachos this year. I KNOOOOOW!! The singers have opted to sell sliders and coleslaw this year, there's not a chip, nor olive, to be found at their booth.

And the only place you're going to find fry bread at this year's Fair is at the All Nations booth. Which is fine, because their fry bread is bomb, (I've got some in my tummy as we speak) but you will not find "elephant ears" at the Hellgate Band booth. I KNOW!! They've opted to serve a variety of hot dogs this year.

The other thing I'm hearing fair goers missing is chocolate covered frozen bananas, although I can't confirm if they really are gone from the Fair, but I can tell you, I didn't see them. Your legendary Tater Pigs, Indian Tacos, FFA Tacos, Vikings, and Lemondairy still exist. The line at the All Nations booth is very much worth the wait. Much like Big Dipper on Higgins, most of the fun is the wait in line and running into friends you haven't seen in a while. And about the changes, you might just find a new annual favorite!

Another much appreciated addition the grounds is free water filling stations, so don't forget your water bottle! Temps are supposed to be in the 90s for the remainder of the Fair, through Sunday, with FREE admission, and open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. each day.
