2013 MTV VMAs Red Carpet Photos

The 2013 MTV VMAs were held in Brooklyn and the stars were looking mighty fine. Some were dressy. Others went more casual and street. But most of our pop faves turned heads, with grills, gothy locks and more. Check out the PopCrush rundown of the red carpet.

Katy Perry donned golden leaves and leopard-print. Oh, and did you catch that thigh? Mmm hmm. She dressed a bit more casual than we're used to, but she looked amazeballs.

Miley Cyrus was casual, as well, in a pair of tight black leggings and a bra top. She fashioned her pixie into two ponytails atop her head, which looked like antennae. Gwen Stefani called. She wants her 2001 look back.

It was Old Hollywood glam for Taylor Swift as she rocked a purple Herve Leger gown that flashed cleavage and was constructed of the designer's signature bandage fabric. We loved the finger-waved, faux bob, too.
