Because of a recent cyber hack at Target where 40 million credit and debit cards were compromised, the retail giant is offering a 10 percent discount. This weekend only, shoppers can receive 10 percent off one, in-store transaction. Additionally, all of the customers that had their information stolen will be receive free credit monitoring services.
